From Business Process Expert to AI Consultant
I'm Ben Williams, founder of Ben Glyn Pty Ltd. For over 25 years, I've worked across technology and business, helping organisations find better ways to operate, serve their customers, and grow.
When AI started transforming what was possible, I didn't just watch from the sidelines. I dove in. I built voice agents, tested automation platforms, developed audit methodologies, and trained teams to embrace AI as a practical tool, not a buzzword.
